Rigging & Removal Process
1) Survey & Plan
Verify weights, COG, obstructions, floor loading, egress. Build the lift plan, rigging drawings, and sequence.
2) Isolate & Prep
Implement LOTO, disconnect utilities, protect slabs/finishes, and pre-stage gear & dunnage.
3) Pick & Move
Execute crane/gantry picks and controlled moves with spotters and JHAs guiding each step.
4) Load & Close-Out
Secure loads for transit, photo-document, restore areas, and deliver turnover records to ownership/insurers.
