Decommissioning Process
1) Survey & Plan
Audit power/cooling single-lines, verify loads, identify isolation points, and draft scope with JHAs and LOTO procedures.
2) Isolate & Prep
Implement LOTO, purge fluids, manage batteries/fuels, and stage rigging with engineered lift plans and floor protection.
3) Remove & Segregate
Extract racks, UPS, CRAC/CRAH, tray, and floors; segregate for reuse, resale, or certified recycling; photo-document each phase.
4) Load & Closeout
Manifest loads, restore areas, and deliver turnover package—drawings, logs, and disposal certificates for audit-ready compliance.
